The Leadership Team of Upcounty Church consists of men and women who are leading and facilitating a number of Ministry Teams and Neighborhood Small Groups (or Life Groups).   

Dan Cotter is the pastor of the church and he also serves on and coordinates the Leadership Team.  The Upcounty Church Board of Trustees also works closely with the pastor and oversees administrative issues of the church.

For anyone who wants to explore their leadership potential, we encourage them to serve as part of a team or group first then attend our Leadership Summit Workshop.  For more information about the church or how you can get more involved by serving on a Ministry Team or Life Group, please contact us.
